CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
CANCELLATION
Wax Melt Clams offer a 12 hour window within which orders can be cancelled. Should you wish to cancel your order/specific items contained within a larger order, please contact us via email at [email protected] WITHIN this time frame to receive a full/partial refund.
Once the 12 hour 'cool off' period has passed we cannot guarantee that packaging of your order has not already started and your order will be processed as normal and a refund will not be granted.

RETURNS
Once received, where products are no longer required and/or you have simply changed your mind then
items are subject to our 14 day money back guarantee and can be returned to us for a full/partial refund. Please email us within 14 days of of receipt of your item/items via email at [email protected]
Unwanted items must be returned in an unused, resalable condition and in their original packaging.
Refunds (minus any postage & packaging costs) will be processed once the items have arrived back with us and in the condition described above.
PLEASE NOTE: You 'the customer' are responsible for the costs incurred of returning any unwanted items.
Please obtain proof of posting when returning items to us for refunds. In the event of any items being lost in transit, proof of postage will be required in order for refunds to be processed.
Refunds will be processed via your original payment method, please allow 2-3 working days for refunds to appear on any bank/payment provider statements.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
Once received, any products which have arrived damaged/faulty are subject to our 14 day money back guarantee, and a replacement OR a full/partial refund will be offered, including any postage & packaging costs.
Photographic proof of any of the above 'faults' will be required before refunds or replacements are processed.
Refunds will ONLY be offered and processed for the item(s) in question (i.e. those which have arrived damaged or faulty).
Refunds will be processed via your original payment method, please allow 2-3 working days for refunds to appear on any bank/payment provider statements.
Replacements offered will be 'like for like', that is an exact replacement of the original item ordered.
